By purchasing or using any Theme, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at http://themebullet.com/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our Themes.
Accounts
To purchase any of our Themes, you may need to create an account on our website. You agree to:

Keep your account details (e.g., email, password) secure and up to date.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use at support@themebullet.com.
Be solely responsible for all actions performed under your account.
The account owner is the person with access to the email address linked to the account, not necessarily the purchaser. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared or transferred. We may suspend or disable your account if we suspect unauthorised activity.
Eligibility
To comply with data protection laws and ensure contractual capacity, our Themes are intended for users who are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you may not purchase or use our Themes. If you are under 18, you may only use our Themes under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. Theme License
Each Theme is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later but part of it including code, design are licensed under Commercial License. Upon purchase, you receive all rights granted under the GPL, including the ability to use, modify, and distribute the Theme code, subject to GPL terms (available at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html). Each Theme purchase grants a license for use on a single website. You may not resell, sub license, or distribute any Theme to third parties except as permitted by the law.
Fees and Payment
Pricing: Each Theme is sold separately, with prices displayed at checkout on http://themebullet.com. Prices include UK VAT, and you are responsible for any additional taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
Payment: Payments are processed via PayPal. You authorise us to charge the specified fee for each Theme purchased.
No Subscriptions: Each Theme purchase is a one-time transaction with no recurring fees, providing a single license and download per Theme.
Refunds: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a Theme purchase and request a refund, provided you have not downloaded the Theme. By downloading a Theme, you expressly consent to waive your cancellation right, as digital goods are non-returnable once delivered. Refund requests must be sent to support@themebullet.com within 14 days of purchase.
Downloads and Support
Access: After payment, you receive a download link for each purchased Theme via your account at http://themebullet.com. You are responsible for downloading and storing Theme files.
Support: We provide support for Theme installation and functionality for 6 months from purchase, available only through our support system at http://themebullet.com/contact. Support does not include customization, third-party plugin conflicts, or feature additions.
Updates: Theme updates are available for 6 months from purchase for each Theme. To access updates after this period, you may need to purchase a new license for the respective Theme. Updates apply only to the website for which the Theme was purchased.
Warranties
You warrant that your use of our Themes complies with all applicable laws, including UK consumer and data protection laws. Our Themes are provided “as is,” with no warranties beyond those required by UK law. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins or software.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary content related to our Themes and website, including graphics, logos, documentation, and non-GPL code, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by UK copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute our proprietary content without permission, except as allowed under the GPL for Theme code.
Acceptable Use Policy

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Themes or account without notice if you violate these Terms, infringe third-party rights, or engage in unlawful activities. Upon termination, you must cease using our Themes and delete downloaded files, except as permitted by the GPL.
Consumer Rights
We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to:

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the law, we, our employees, contractors, or partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Themes, including data loss, website downtime, or third-party plugin conflicts. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Theme in question in the 12 months prior to any claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our employees, contractors, or partners from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Themes, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
