Not able to customize anything on salt and pepper theme

The youtube video is really deceiving, I purchased the theme based on that but it seems to be so complicated, I cannot add anything that is shown in the demo. Please help. I have also looked at the step by step instructions and they are so very vague

Hello Supadhya,
sorry to hear you found instructions complicated. Perhaps it looks more complicated than it is. We do presume users have some knowledge of WordPress platforms.
Saying that you can either use sample data XML file to import demo data and sample pages, and Widget Importer & Exporter to import .wie file. The files are available in the download sections, just unzip them first.
Additionally you can get us to install the theme for you using sample data with basic slider (you can upgrade for layers if you wish). Saying that all the posts and pages can be imported. Here is a installation listing: http://www.themebullet.com/premium-themes/installation/wp-theme-installation/
In regards to not being customize anything – Can you please be more specific? If you are experiencing some error during installation please raise a support ticket. I can assure you themes are tested and work as on demo pages.
