How long do you support your themes?
Purchased theme license grants you access to theme support for 6 commencing months from date of purchase. After this date, in case you require an additional support please purchase additional support package – please contact us.
What is your refund policy?
Since our themes are digital and delivered right away, we generally don’t offer refunds or accept chargebacks after purchase.
That said, we’re always here to help! If you’re having trouble installing or using your theme, just get in touch here or ask a question through Community Questions and Answers. We’ll do our best to get everything working smoothly.
In the rare case the theme doesn’t work on your setup and we can’t fix it (within 30 days of your purchase), we’ll definitely consider a refund.

Do WordPress themes and Joomla Templates include photos?
Photos are not included in the themes packages so you will need to get your own photos.

Yes, Aslom supports eCommerce toolkit called WooCommerce. Installation process and configuration is very easy. Additionally you will be able to add extra functionalities. More information can be found in documentation.
