In Food Factory Theme, how to edit “we already have 0 recipes” in header?

I want to add the number of recipes in the header like in demo, but i don’t see option to change that, any body please help.
How to arrange recipe pics in the home page? They are coming automatically, sometimes they are overlapping each other, and also i want to display the name below each pic in home page like in demo, but mine shows category and little description, which i don’t want.

The Food Factory theme automatically counts Recipe Posts (a custom post type included with the theme) for display in certain areas. Please use Food Recipes posts to retain full functionality. In regards to the display titles - I can only assume that you probably have used post format (image). Food Recipes view can be adjusted in the Theme Options panel.
